Student and Parent Opinions Needed: District 207 Climate Survey
In order to gather information to help District 207 serve your children more effectively, the district will be conducting parent and student surveys via a platform called Panorama.
Parents/guardians are invited to take a parent survey that replaces the Illinois 5Essentials Survey. The results will become part of each of our schools’ Illinois School Report Card. When you click the link, please select the building where your student attends. Survey closes on March 13.
If you have multiple children enrolled, we ask that you complete the survey for each student separately by clicking the link again. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.
In March, each of our schools will be inviting students to share their opinions on various topics such as school culture and climate, and some of their own social emotional learning indicators (self-awareness, self-confidence when it comes to learning, etc.).

We will not share a student’s specific responses with teachers or families, but school staff may follow up with some students (based on their responses), and/or invite them to participate in additional focus groups or other feedback activities.
