All Maine District 207 students and parents are encouraged to mark their calendars and participate in District 207 College Night, which this year will be hosted by Maine South High School, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., on Tuesday, September 12.

College Night is for students from all three Maine Township high schools: Maine East, Maine West and Maine South.

Students and their parents are invited to meet with representatives from about 175 colleges and universities from all over the country. Seniors can finalize their college plans; underclassmen can obtain information and meet representatives from many colleges. Local 2-year, as well as 4-year institutions, large and small, public and private, will be represented. Presentations will also be given regarding Financial Aid in both English and Spanish.

Students may register for a barcode for the college fair at Creating a profile with students' information will save time at the fair by allowing colleges to scan a student's information (rather than writing it out at EVERY college booth).

Parents and students are encouraged to car pool, as parking will be limited. Students are encouraged to take notes; bring a parent or friend; and visit at least two colleges that are new to you. Here is a list of colleges planning to attend; registration is ongoing, and last-minute cancellations and additions will develop and are not reflected on this list.

Maine South is located at 1111 South Dee Road in Park Ridge. Here is a map of the school.
