Health Center

School-Based Health Centers are comprehensive primary care programs, located within schools and linked to community-based services. They provide medical and mental health screening and treatment for young people who might otherwise not have access to primary care. School-Based Health Centers have proven to be successful vehicles for addressing the challenges of adolescent health care. They are designed to be accessible, affordable, confidential, and teen friendly.
